Bespoke Systems
The principles of management are well established and are set out in a
number of formal standards and requirements for many business processes and
models.
Our approach is to turn those requirements into practical, cost effective,
operational systems for management and employees.
We often refer to; 'Why', 'What', 'When', being a pragmatic view of the
basic management principles.
People do need to know 'Why' they are required to complete a task, 'What'
it is they have to do, and 'When' it must be done by.
Management obviously need to be able to monitor progress and current
status.
We utilise internet technologies so that Information, Records,
Schedules, etc can be presented as a common view, regardless of physical
location.
Similarly, use of databases allows common reporting standards across many
sites.
The technologies facilitate us being able to provide Information and
Instruction in order that employees may understand why and how they are to
carry out a process.
The systems provide standard simple Records templates (complete with
examples of how to complete).
An electronic Diary of scheduled requirements by period (day, week,
month, year) is specifically tailored to the managed process.
The diary is coupled with an automatic E mail reminder system that
can give notice of actions prior to them becoming due, or, overdue, complete
with management escalation.
Associated with the Diary and E mails are Tasks, which can be
allocated to specific individuals and their actions tracked to completion.
Around the basic system are Organisation, which facilitates various
levels of permissions and actions.
Inspection and Review, gives the facility to record required
inspection results at specified intervals, and perform system reviews and
complete a record of that process.
There is a completely flexible Reporting suite to provide simple
Green, Amber, Red, visual status, along with quantified data from
the database which may be exported to MS Excel for spreadsheet or graphical
representation.
The systems may be written to facilitate;
-
Quality management processes
-
Franchise standards
-
Sales process requirements
-
Financial process requirements
-
Manufacturing process requirements
Service process requirements
The net effect is to facilitate cost effective controls, as a
straightforward business process, bespoke to your particular requirements.
