1About these terms

This website is operated by OE Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 5113216, with its registered office at Studio 21, Sum Studios, 1 Hartley Street, Sheffield S2 3AQ.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We recommend you keep a copy.

2What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website and nothing more.

They are not the terms on which we supply our systems. If your organisation buys Risk Mngr, MVR Risk Mngr or a bespoke system from us, that is governed by a separate written agreement between us and your organisation. Where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence for anything to do with the systems.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and browsing it does not create any contract between us.

3Using this site

You may look at our pages and print or download extracts for your own use, or to share within your organisation while you are considering our systems. You must not alter anything you copy, and you must not remove any notice of ownership from it.

You must not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or in any way that breaches these terms;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it sits on, or anything connected to it;
• introduce viruses or any other material that is malicious or technically harmful;
• attack the site by denial-of-service or any similar means; or
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from it, or use it to build a competing product or a marketing list.

We may withdraw your right to use the site if you break these terms, and serious misuse may be a criminal offence which we would report.

4The information on this site

The content here is provided for general information about what we do. It is not advice, and you should not act on it without speaking to us or to a suitably qualified adviser first.

In particular, anything we say about health and safety, environmental or quality obligations is a general description, not legal or professional advice about your own duties. Your obligations depend on your own circumstances.

We take reasonable care over what we publish, but we do not promise it is accurate, complete or up to date, and we may change it at any time without notice.

5Prices and products in development

Any prices shown on this site are indicative, exclude VAT, and are a guide to help you judge whether to talk to us. They are not an offer. A price becomes binding only when we give you a written quotation and your organisation accepts it.

Where we describe a product as forthcoming, or give a date for it, we are telling you what we currently intend. Plans and dates for products in development can change, and nothing on this site is a commitment that a particular product will be released, or released by a particular date, or with particular features.

6Our intellectual property

We own, or are licensed to use, everything on this site — the text, images, layout, design, code, and the OE Services name and logo. All of it is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Apart from the limited use described in section 3, you may not copy, republish, adapt or distribute any part of this site without our written permission.

7Other people's names and marks

This site names other organisations and vehicle marques, and refers to bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive. Those names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners.

We use them only to identify the organisations concerned and to describe honestly the sectors we have worked in. Their appearance here does not imply that those organisations endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with us, or that they are current clients.

8Links to and from this site

Where we link to other sites — including our client portal at risk-mngr.ai, and guidance published by the Health and Safety Executive — we do so for your convenience. We have no control over those sites and take no responsibility for them or for any loss you suffer through using them.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so fairly and legally and in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. You must not frame our site on another site. We may withdraw permission to link at any time.

9Availability

We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.

You are responsible for arranging your own access to the site, and for making sure anyone who uses it through your connection knows these terms.

10Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

This website is provided free of charge and for information. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise apply to it, and we are not liable to you for any loss or damage — whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise — arising out of your use of this site or of anything you find on it.

If you use this site as a business, this includes loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, and any indirect or consequential loss.

We are not liable for any loss caused by a virus or other technically harmful material that infects your equipment through your use of this site or anything you download from it.

We may change these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top show when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site. Please check them each time you return.

13Governing law, and how to reach us

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your own country.
